FlowWoodStudio provides a limited warranty for one year after delivery for defects in materials or workmanship. Defective parts will be replaced.
Coverage excludes natural material characteristics, wear, aging (including fading, discoloration and surface wear), improper use or handling, harsh cleaning products, accidental damage (including scratches, dents, water or pet damage), and natural disasters.
After the warranty expires, material assistance may be available; the customer pays labor and shipping.
30-Day Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for manufacturing faults or shipping damage. Products must remain unused, retain their original condition, and have all tags attached.
Protected Delivery
Lost shipments: A shipment confirmed lost in transit will be replaced without additional charges.
Damaged items: Items received damaged or broken qualify for a replacement or return. Send clear photographs so we can verify the issue.
Missing components: If components or assembly tools are missing, we will promptly send the missing items.
