Modify/Cancel Order
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Please email support@flowwoodstudio.com and include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- Details of the requested change or cancellation.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that it can be completed. Changes and cancellations are subject to the order’s production and shipping status.
Orders in Production or Shipment
An order cannot be modified or canceled once it has:
- Entered production.
- Been prepared for shipment.
- Already shipped.
These conditions apply even if the request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Requests submitted after the 24-hour window are not guaranteed to be accepted.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
The same modification and cancellation conditions apply to custom, personalized, and made-to-order items.
Please carefully review your selected size, finish, design, and any agreed customization details before placing your order. Changes cannot be made once production has started.
Shipping Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Include your order number and the complete corrected address. Address changes cannot be made once the order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or shipped.
If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, additional reshipping costs may apply.
Approved Cancellations
We will notify you whether your cancellation request has been approved.
If a paid order is approved for cancellation, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Issues After Delivery
Cancellation requests and return requests are handled separately.
If your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility requirements and instructions.
Returns for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size selected by the customer are not accepted under our store return policy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
