Modify/Cancel Order

At FlowWoodStudio, we process orders promptly to ensure timely production and delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please review the policy below.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

To submit a request, please contact us at support@flowwoodstudio.com and include your order number along with the requested changes.

Requests made after the 24-hour window may not be accepted, as the order may have already entered production or preparation for shipment.

Orders in Production or Shipment

Once an order has entered production, has been prepared for shipment, or has already shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

This policy applies in particular to custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
