1. Overview

This website is operated by FlowWood Studio LLC, trading as FlowWoodStudio. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FlowWood Studio LLC.

These Terms of Service govern your use of flowwoodstudio.com and purchases made through our store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Website Use and Customer Information

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your location.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. If you use a customer account, you are responsible for protecting your login details and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

You must not use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or actions that interfere with its operation or security.

3. Product Information and Handcrafted Variations

Our sculptures and decorative pieces are handcrafted from natural wood. Variations in grain, color, texture, and other natural characteristics are part of each piece’s individual appearance.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear.

Natural variations are not considered defects. However, this does not exclude claims involving manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or products that are materially different from what was ordered.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Customization may be available for selected products, including changes to size, finish, or design.

Please contact us before ordering to confirm the specifications and feasibility of your request. Review all agreed specifications carefully before production begins.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are subject to the same order modification rules described below. They cannot be returned for a change of mind but remain eligible for review if they arrive defective, shipping-damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to payment verification, availability, and our acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful activity.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you using the information provided. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Prices and Payments

Product prices and available payment methods are displayed on our website and at checkout. Please review the currency and order total before completing your purchase.

Prices may change for future purchases. Any applicable taxes collected by us will be reflected at checkout.

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and trusted payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@flowwoodstudio.com with your order number and the requested change.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the change or cancellation can be completed. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production, been prepared for shipment, or shipped.

These conditions also apply to custom, personalized, and made-to-order items.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping to the United States and international destinations.

Estimated timeframes are:

• Order processing: 7–10 business days.
• Shipping to the United States after dispatch: 3–7 business days.
• Shipping to international destinations after dispatch: 8–15 business days.
• Estimated total time for United States orders: 10–17 business days.
• Estimated total time for international orders: 15–25 business days.

Processing excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) begin processing on the next business day.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, and peak shipping periods may affect delivery.

Tracking details are emailed within 1–2 business days after shipment. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

9. Shipping Address and Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, additional reshipping costs may apply.

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, or items are missing from your package, contact support@flowwoodstudio.com with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate.

Claims involving items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Under our store return policy, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are accepted only for items that:

• Arrive with manufacturing defects.
• Are damaged during shipping.
• Are incorrect or materially different from what was ordered due to an error on our part.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size selected by the customer.

These conditions apply to standard, custom, personalized, made-to-order, and discounted products, subject to any additional rights provided by applicable law.

All returns require prior approval. We cover return shipping costs for approved claims and provide a prepaid return label or arrange the return shipment.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–7 business days to display the refund.

11. Product Care and Use

Please follow the product’s placement, installation, and care instructions. Confirm that the item is suitable for your intended location, particularly when considering outdoor use.

Damage caused after delivery by misuse, modification, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by our store return policy. This does not limit any rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, and other content belong to FlowWoodStudio or its licensors.

You may browse the website for legitimate shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights associated with its design or our website content.

13. Reviews and Customer Submissions

Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful, lawful, and must not infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

By submitting a review for public display, you permit us to display it in connection with our store and products. Personal information included in submissions is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries outside your country of residence, as explained in that policy.

We may correct inaccurate product information, pricing, availability, or other website content. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available next steps.

Website corrections do not remove your rights relating to an accepted order under applicable law.

Such action does not remove obligations or rights relating to existing orders, approved refunds, or applicable consumer protections.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

If you reside outside the United States, this provision does not deprive you of protections or access to remedies that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to your purchase.
