Warranty Policy
1-Year Limited Warranty
FlowWoodStudio provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship for our wooden sculptures and decorative pieces, including custom and made-to-order items.
For approved claims, we will repair or replace the defective part or item, as appropriate. We cover the necessary repair, replacement, and shipping costs associated with approved warranty service.
Limitations and Exceptions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear, gradual aging, or natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning, or inadequate care.
- Damage caused by modifications or repairs.
- Damage from environmental exposure outside the product’s stated intended use and care instructions.
Natural wood characteristics are not manufacturing defects. Outdoor use is appropriate only for products identified as suitable for that setting.
Warranty Claims
Please email support@flowwoodstudio.com within the warranty period and include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and affected area.
We will review your claim and provide the next steps. Please obtain approval and shipping instructions before sending an item or arranging repairs.
This warranty does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
