CARE & MAINTENANCE
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Placement of Furniture
- Indoor Use: Place furniture on flat, dry surfaces, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and high humidity. Use curtains or blinds to soften sunlight and help preserve the finish over time.
- Outdoor Use: Position furniture on stable, well-drained surfaces, such as patios or decks. Use protective covers when the furniture is not in use, and avoid prolonged contact with soil, standing water, or moisture.
Care and Cleaning
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry or lightly dampened cloth.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, such as bleach or ammonia, as they can damage both the wood and its protective finish.
Usage and Weight Guidelines
- Follow the recommended weight limits to ensure long-term durability.
- Always lift furniture when moving it rather than dragging it to prevent scratches and stress on joints or connections.
Protection Against Mold and Mildew
- Wipe up spills immediately to prevent moisture from soaking into the wood.
- In humid environments, use a dehumidifier to help maintain appropriate humidity levels and protect the furniture.
