Return & Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect, damage, or error on our part.
To request a return, please contact support@flowwoodstudio.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
Return requests made without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item received is incorrect or not as described
Exchanges for custom or personalized items are not accepted.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Processing time: within 2 business days after inspection
- It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds may be partial or declined if the item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect)
